strategies,lack of marketing channels,single promotion channels,and the loss of outstanding employees in the current store,and conducts targeted research and analysis based on this.Firstly,using the PEST tool,this paper analyzes the external marketing environment of Changchun Zaozuo Culture "Mystery Investigation Hall".This tool can help to deeply understand the impact of political,economic,social,and technological factors on store marketing,so as to develop more effective marketing strategies.Secondly,through SWOT analysis tools,the internal and external competitive environment and various conditions of the "Mystery Investigation Museum" were summarized.SWOT analysis can help stores gain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of their strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats,in order to develop marketing strategies that are suitable for the store itself.Finally,based on the results of the analysis,this article has developed a store service marketing optimization strategy suitable for the "Mystery Investigation Hall",such as optimizing the categories of script killing and werewolf killing,adding additional entertainment items,changing pricing strategies,conducting store promotion on multiple platforms,adding more flexible promotional methods,improving the quality of hosts,optimizing service processes,and store and
