| Digital resources are the sum of data resources published,accessed and utilized in computer-readable digital forms,and are important data carriers for scientific research,education and enterprise innovation.The scientific management and utilization of digital resources is an important prerequisite and foundation for building a digital China.Based on the user needs of digital resources,a quantitative measurement method for service quality of digital resources is proposed.Firstly,aiming at the problem of quantitative measurement of demand used by digital resource users,the bag of words analysis method is used to convert user demand and system supply into semantic vectors,and calculate the weighted cosine similarity between the two.According to the results of weighted cosine similarity,the digital resource quality is determined into several levels,and then the digital resource service quality status calculation formula is constructed based on the number of digital resources required by users.Secondly,for a specific digital resource system,the state set is calculated by using the digital resource service quality status calculation formula.According to the obtained state set,a continuous-time Markov stochastic process model of digital resource system is constructed.The set of states is divided into acceptable and unacceptable subsets of states based on actual needs.Then,according to the level of service quality level and the number of user information retrieval results,it is divided into acceptable state and unacceptable state,that is,supply greater than demand is acceptable,supply less than demand is unacceptable,and a continuous-time prize Markov stochastic process model is constructed.Based on this model,the availability,average number of failures,and reliability of digital resource systems are quantitatively calculated,so as to achieve quantitative evaluation of their service quality.Finally,simulation experiments are carried out to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed model.The simulation results show that the quantitative measurement method of digital resource service quality proposed in this paper is feasible and the results are reliable.The results of the paper provide a solid theoretical foundation for the development of related digital resource service quality software systems,and play a certain role in accelerating the construction of digital China. |
