With the rapid development of economy and the increase of people’s demand for quality of life,the market scale of domestic service is constantly expanding,and has increased to 1014.9 billion yuan by 2021.The number of domestic service employees in China has reached 37.6 million.The rapid growth of domestic service industry is accompanied by problems such as chaotic service prices and imperfect service quality standards.High price and high quality become the focus of controversy in domestic service.The main reason for such problems in Internet housekeeping services is that the professional grade of housekeeping staff is not perfect,and the professional grade division standard of housekeeping staff is not standard.In order to solve the problem of professional classification of Internet domestic maids,this paper selects the psychological behavior attributes that affect the professionalism of domestic maids according to the social exchange theory,incentive theory and social identity theory with the help of the abundant data resources in Internet domestic maids service enterprises,and designs a psychological scale to conduct a psychological behavior experiment for domestic maids.Statistical methods were used to determine the psychological behavior attributes affecting the professional housekeeping staff,including18 attributes,such as the number of requests for leave.Use XGBoost classification algorithm to make the professional classification of the domestic worker,divide the professional level of the domestic worker into three star label,introduce the balance training data set optimization classification model of SMOTE algorithm,from the perspective of big data classification to compare and analyze the accuracy of the classification between the integration of psychological behavior attributes and the basic attributes.The classification accuracy of the test set with psychological behavior attributes is 79.8%,which is higher than that of the test set based on basic attributes(61.4%).In addition,in order to maintain the basic rights and interests of domestic attendants,data ethics are considered.Conceptual analysis,experience analysis and technical analysis in the value-sensitive design method are used to screen the value attributes,and the attributes of gender,native place,whether to be recommended,monthly cooperation fee,order quantity and times of leave are excluded.The professional classification of domestic attendants is conducted based on the value attributes.The professional classification accuracy rate of domestic maids based on value attribute is 76.3%,slightly lower than that of domestic maids integrated with psychological behavior attribute.However,under the protection of the basic rights and interests of domestic maids,it still achieves a higher classification accuracy rate and realizes the coordinated development of data protection and classification technology.This paper innovatively integrates psychological behavior attributes and uses big data algorithm to conduct professional classification of domestic maids.It provides systematic standards and technical support for managers to conduct professional classification of domestic maids,and promotes the professionalization development process of domestic service industry.Considering the application of value sensitive design method of data ethics,the value judgment is embedded into the classification technology,so as to safeguard the basic rights and interests of housekeeping staff and realize the coordinated development of data protection and classification technology.
