Research On The Path Of Construction Of Innovation Community In Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

At present,the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle is in the stage of polarization agglomeration and transformation and synergy,which is a critical period for high-quality construction of the Chengdu Metropolitan Circle and the Chongqing Metropolitan Circle towards the integrated development of the urban agglomeration,and how to achieve coordinated development and accelerate the construction of a regional innovation system integrating Chengdu and Chongqing on a larger scale within the economic circle has become the focus of future research.From the perspective of practical significance,the construction of the innovation community in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle is of great practical significance to promoting the construction of a regional collaborative innovation system in the Chengdu-Chongqing region and leading the high-quality development of the western region’s economy according to the advantages of the region’s innovation resources.The paper is guided by the goal of "building a Chengdu-Chongqing innovation community".Firstly,by clarifying the connotation,research focus,and relationship of concepts related to community,collaborative innovation,and innovation community,and combining the current characteristics of innovation community construction,the internal logic of the formation of innovation community is extracted,which mainly includes three aspects: factor allocation,driving factors,and value orientation.This provides a theoretical analysis basis for this study.Secondly,the entropy method and location entropy method are used to analyze the current situation of collaborative innovation development in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,and to summarize the problems and difficulties in building an innovation community in the ChengduChongqing Economic Circle.The research results found that there are institutional gradient differences in policy objectives and insufficient policy synergy between Chengdu and Chongqing at the institutional level;In terms of industry,there are problems of industrial homogenization and insufficient collaborative innovation,lacking technological innovation and platform integration capabilities,which hinder the coordinated development of industries;In terms of capabilities,Chengdu and Chongqing face problems such as insufficient investment in scientific and technological innovation and a large gap in technological innovation capabilities.Finally,based on the experience of building an innovation community both domestically and internationally and the research results mentioned above,a general approach to building a Chengdu-Chongqing innovation community is proposed based on the "premise foundation key" approach.The solution to the dilemma of building an innovation community in Chengdu-Chongqing is proposed through the "space mechanism capability" approach,providing new ideas for promoting high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing area.
