| Accompany with the expeditious development of information technology and communication technology,network communication products are being iterated and updated with each new day.The performance of Ethernet technology has been improved by more than 10,000 times since its invention in more than 40 years.Under the situation of continuous rising market capacity,many new scenarios,new technologies,new solutions and new applications have been spawned.In addition,it is a difficult problem for the management team to realize portfolio decision-making,sequencing and portfolio optimization through strategic oriented portfolio management,to successfully develop products or solutions as soon as possible and go to market,and finally to maximize the value of the enterprise.The background of portfolio theory is to reduce the investment risk in the financial bond market,select a variety of products and combine them together.Then,the idea of combination is extended to project management,and the research branch of project portfolio management is born.After more than 30 years of vigorous development,related concepts,theoretical tools and methods have expanded into a relatively complete system.Thesis takes S Network Data Communication Company as the research object.The current situation of strategic oriented portfolio management of S Company is divided into two parts.The first part analyzes the external competition environment of the industry based on the four steps of MM market management process,excavates project opportunities from market segments,and makes the ranking of strategic oriented investment projects.The second part of the process is the IPMT committee of the company to implement investment decisions on the proposed investment project,using the group subjective decision method.Thesis attempts to use relevant theories of strategy and portfolio management to find out the problems in the current project portfolio management process of S Company.In the process of project portfolio decision,ranking and optimization,S company has some problems,such as incomplete evaluation elements of investment decision,subjective evaluation methods,and portfolio optimization not aligned with organizational objectives.Analyze the current problems and put forward the corresponding optimization plan.On the premise of not changing the existing decision-making process of business operation,build a set of independent and objective project portfolio management and evaluation mode of project portfolio management,add part of financial and non-financial indicators to investment projects,and adopt the four dimensions of balanced scorecard to establish each dimension of strategic balance system.Build strength within the organization,balance financial and non-financial objectives,and continue to build core competitiveness within the enterprise.In the stage of project decision-making and sequencing optimization,four-dimension factor business data is constructed based on BSC,entropy weight TOPSIS tool is used to independently make decisions on projects and perform objective sequencing.Then combined with the constraints of the enterprise itself,the objectively sorted projects are combined with two-dimensional backpack method for portfolio optimization,and the project set with the greatest strategic value of the project portfolio of this round is obtained.The objective evaluation results in this model can provide better support for the management and improve the accuracy of portfolio decision and portfolio optimization in strategic oriented projects. |
