Research On The Realization Form Of Distribution According To Work Under The Conditions Of My Country’s Socialist Market Economy

In 1875,Marx made a more profound exposition on the theory of distribution according to work in the future socialist society in the Critique of the Gotha Program.Marx put forward distribution according to work as the basic principle of socialist distribution of personal consumer goods.Marx’s theory of distribution according to work has certain historical progress,but also has historical limitations.Under the planned economy,socialist countries practiced and developed the realization form of Marx’s distribution according to work.In the process of socialist construction,the Soviet Union,China and other socialist countries practiced the principle of distribution according to work and expanded the form of Marxist distribution according to work,in light of the actual conditions of each country.The Soviet Union mainly adopts the form of monetary wages,Yugoslavia mainly adopts the form of "personal income",Hungary mainly adopts the method of combining with the market,China adopts the form of graded wage system in cities,and adopts the form of work-point system in rural areas,etc.to realize the form of distribution according to work.In the process of building a socialist market economy in our country,the distribution system has gradually changed from a single distribution according to work to one based on work,with multiple distribution methods coexisting.The implementation of distribution according to work under the conditions of the socialist market economy is different in theory from the assumptions of classic Marxist writers,and is different from the realization forms and characteristics of the planned economy era in practice.The realization form of distribution according to work is mainly reflected in the economy of ownership by the whole people,the economy of collective ownership and the economy of mixed ownership.The characteristics of distribution according to work are to be realized through commodity currency,measuring the contribution of different labor,two-level distribution with enterprises as the main body,and distribution according to work combined with other distributions.With the establishment and continuous improvement of my country’s socialist market economic system,the realization form of distribution according to work also needs to be continuously improved.Therefore,further improve the wage system of state-owned enterprises,government agencies and institutions;insist on distribution according to work,more pay for more work;protect labor income,especially the income of front-line workers;increase the proportion of labor remuneration in the primary distribution;Ownership of property rights;optimize the market system for the allocation of production factors;improve the mechanism for various production factors to participate in the distribution.
