The team is the cell of the enterprise,the smallest and most basic component of the enterprise,and the most basic component of the enterprise life.The quality of team management directly affects the overall management level of an enterprise,the comprehensive quality of employees,the all-round performance of the enterprise and the sustainable development of the enterprise.At present,the research on team management at home and abroad is mainly reflected in standardization and refinement management,but there is a lack of research on team self-management.The new generation of employees(post-80 s and post-90s)have become the main force of the enterprise.This group has high academic qualifications and professional skills,pursues the realization of their own goals and values,hates being "instructed" at work,and the traditional team management mode appears the phenomenon of "management failure".Therefore,the focus of this paper is to create a selfmanagement system in line with the personality characteristics of the new generation of employees.Nantong RK company is a manufacturing enterprise.The ordinary online employees are mainly post-80 s and post-90 s.It not only has high overall knowledge literacy,but also has strong subjective initiative.The construction of team self-management system is to help company build an effective management model suitable for the team management of the new generation of employees and promote the sustainable development of teams and enterprises;On the other hand,I hope to provide new ideas for team management in other enterprises.This paper develops along the lines of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Firstly,search and study the relevant literature of team self-management at home and abroad,digest and absorb the definition and characteristics of self-management,and lay a theoretical foundation for the research;Secondly,it describes and analyzes the current situation of team management in Nantong RK company,and analyze the problems existing in the current team management from the perspective of post-80 s and 90 s team employees,team leaders and team organizations;Thirdly,based on the results,build the team independent management system from four aspects: talent construction,system standardization,cultural construction and effectiveness evaluation;Finally,in order to make sure the efficient implementation of the system,the company needs to provide necessary resource guarantee and use the integral system to promote the independent management of teams and groups.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire,interview and inductive analysis to effectively grasp the current situation of team management,understand the needs of employees and expectations for the organization,and in line with the people-oriented purpose,give the new generation of team employees appropriate initiative,participation and decision-making power,and build a team independent management mode,so as to achieve the unity and win-win of personal goals and organizational goals.
