| With the brewing and implementation of the national policy of purchasing high value consumables in bulk,bulk purchasing will purify the circulation link and promote the acceleration of innovation and upgrading of the industry.Guide enterprises with a foundation to strengthen innovation and research,avoid homogeneous competition,guide industrial innovation and upgrading,and also make the competition between high-value consumables production and operation enterprises more intense.In the new situation of mass procurement,NT Company is a medical and health industry group that integrates independent innovation,research and development,large-scale production,specialized marketing,and high-quality medical service applications.This article takes the employees of the supply department of NT Company as the research object,analyzes the problems existing at the end of the current supply chain,and combines relevant theoretical research and practical experience at home and abroad to optimize the performance appraisal scheme of the employees of the supply department of NT Company,improve the operational efficiency of the supply department team,improve the business skills of the supply personnel,and ultimately support the realization of corporate objectives of NT Company in market competition.This article conducts a questionnaire and interview survey on the current situation of performance appraisal of employees in the supply department of NT Company through questionnaires and interviews.It is found that the main problems in the performance appraisal scheme of employees in the supply department of NT Company are insufficient recognition of the importance of performance appraisal by managers,unclear job responsibilities,unreasonable formulation of performance appraisal indicators,lack of performance coaching and communication links,and weak application of appraisal results,Through research and analysis of the issues,based on the organizational goals of the NT Company,and using performance management tools such as key performance indicators(KPI),management by objectives(MBO),PDCA,and 360 evaluation methods,we optimized and designed the job responsibilities,performance evaluation indicators,performance coaching and communication,application of performance results,and incentive mechanisms of employees in the Supply Department,Obtained a complete set of performance appraisal optimization plans for supply department employees.Finally,based on the actual situation of NT Company,specific safeguard measures are given.The results of this study have practical guiding significance for the management of employees in the supply department of NT Company,and are expected to provide some reference for the development of NT Company and peer enterprises in the new situation. |
