| With the rapid development of the world’s biopharmaceutical companies and the continued efforts of my country’s large economic reforms,Chinese pharmaceutical companies in my country have also ushered in a wave of new waves.However,due to the optimization and upgrading of the enterprise’s own business and the changes in the external economic environment,the enterprise has an imminent requirement to avoid risks to avoid risks to avoid risks to achieve uncertainty to the enterprise’s strategic goals.In particular,the promotion of the pilot pilot of the national drug "4+7",the high-speed development of the industry under the background of the "non-profit listing" of bioplasses and the new crown epidemic since 2019.In this domestic and foreign environment,the government has formed the government With the public’s international trend of the technology,safety,innovation,and health of domestic pharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals,it has formed a huge impact on the original business method of the enterprise.In 2017,the new version of the COSO-ERM framework was officially released.The comprehensive risk management framework proposed internal control concepts,which is of great significance in terms of enterprises to better combine risk management,strategic goals,and performance management.This article takes the internal control operation of Yaoming Group as the research perspective,and takes the implementation of the new COSO-ERM(2017 version)framework by biopharmaceutical enterprises as the development direction.It analyzes the implementation methods and operation results of Yaoming Group under the new COSO-ERM(2017 version)framework.Through the evaluation of its internal control system operation system after the implementation of the new framework by Yaoming Group,it analyzes the effectiveness of its implementation of the new framework.In the evaluation,first,use the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard to thoroughly study the development strategic objectives of Yaoming Group,draw a strategic map for it,and then lay the foundation for establishing indicator weights.Then,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)research method is used to assign weights to the constructed matrix.Finally,the implementation effect of Yao Ming Group’s internal control system operation is analyzed through fuzzy evaluation method.In response to the problems existing in Yaoming Group,the internal control system of the group was re analyzed from the perspective of the new COSO-ERM(2017 version)framework,and measures were proposed to optimize the structure of the board of directors,the hierarchical setting of functional departments,the construction of corporate mission culture,the establishment of human resources departments,risk identification,risk handling methods,and emphasis on the relationship between risk and performance.The goal of this article is to analyze the internal control system operation system of Yao Ming Group after implementing the new COSO-ERM(2017 version)framework,and draw relevant conclusions.After carrying out this study,after being found to be a new framework for Yaoming Group to implement the COSO-ERM(2017 version),its internal control system operates a good system,but there are still many problems.As a typical enterprise for biopharmaceutical companies,Yaoming Group can provide reference and reference for other biopharmaceutical companies to conduct case studies... |
