With the rapid rise of private banks and internet finance companies,the market competition in the domestic banking industry is becoming increasingly fierce.In such an environment,the banking industry is increasingly emphasizing the quality of service marketing.Faced with multiple competitive pressures and the complexity of consumer demand,the optimization of service marketing strategies is of great significance for the long-term development of commercial banks.This article takes N Bank’s S branch as the research object and conducts in-depth research on the optimization of its service marketing strategy through the use of literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview methods.Firstly,based on the current service marketing situation of N Bank’s S branch and the 7Ps theory,a targeted survey questionnaire is designed based on Likert’s five level scale.The questionnaire is scientifically distributed through a combination of online and offline methods,and the survey results are analyzed in depth;Secondly,use PEST and SWOT analysis tools to conduct a deep analysis of the service marketing environment faced by N Bank’s S branch currently;Once again,based on the data collected at the S branch of N Bank,combined with the communication results with relevant leaders and customer managers within the bank,summarize and summarize the current problems,and conduct a deep cause analysis of the problems;Finally,based on the current situation of N Bank’s S branch,targeted service marketing optimization strategies and specific implementation guarantees are proposed from seven aspects of 7Ps to achieve the sustainable development of N Bank’s S branch.This article delves into the current situation of service marketing at N Bank’s S branch,identifies its shortcomings,and proposes practical and feasible optimization strategies for service marketing.The optimization research of its service marketing strategy will help N Bank’s S branch increase customer stickiness,expand customer scope,improve customer satisfaction,and play a helpful role in the development of N Bank’s S branch.At the same time,it is expected to have certain reference significance for other county branches of N Bank.
