| The digital transformation characterized by the wide application of digital technology has brought subversive changes to social development and economic operation as well as unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Home appliance manufacturing enterprises have joined in the transformation of digital transformation,trying to seize the market opportunity,to achieve leapfrog development,but not all of the digital transformation enterprises can be successful.How to quickly and effectively carry out transformation and better avoid risks has become the path and direction for most household appliance enterprises to explore.Meanwhile,with the development of Internet big data technology,enterprise digital transformation has become the development trend of The Times.Based on the perspective of process reengineering,this dissertation adopts the case study method to analyze the process of digital transformation of Haier Zhijia,a benchmark enterprise in the household appliance industry,and evaluates and summarizes the effect of enterprise transformation by combining the entropy method and text analysis method.Through combing,it is found that there are some problems in the digital transformation of household appliance enterprises,such as the cost is still high,the inventory turnover speed needs to be improved and the process needs to be further simplified.In the process of transformation,Haier Zhijia has experienced the basic stage of enterprise informatization,the upgrading stage of enterprise informatization,the networking stage and the stage of enterprise digital platform.It officially started the journey of digital transformation in 2012,and began to comprehensively promote the digital platform in 2020,and planned this year as the first year of enterprise digitalization.Based on the process reengineering theory,this dissertation establishes specific evaluation indexes for digital transformation and constructs the evaluation system for the effect of Haier Zhizhi’s digital transformation.Based on simple index evaluation,entropy-based index evaluation and the combination of index data and word frequency weight,this dissertation evaluates the effect of Haier Zhizhi in a more comprehensive and objective way,and summarizes the evaluation.Through the research,this dissertation mainly draws the following conclusions:Through the digital transformation,Haier Zhijia simplifies the operation process,reduces the intermediate links,strengthens the interaction between online and offline,improves the operation efficiency of the enterprise and increases the competitiveness of the enterprise.It has made significant improvements in quality and service,far better than other enterprises in the same industry,but it still needs further cost reduction,efficiency improvement,transformation and upgrading in terms of cost and speed.The process of enterprise digitization is hindered and long,so it is necessary to keep pace with The Times in combination with its own characteristics and development path.Haier Zhijia still has great potential for development and room for improvement. |
