With the increasing labor cost of enterprises, how to reduce the labor cost and maximize the interests of enterprises is an important issue in front of all managers. In order to solve this problem, many enterprises, especially large enterprises, are gradually increasing the flexibility of the employment mode, and the diversified employment mode will certainly become the development direction of the enterprise employment system reform. As A fortune 500 enterprise,A Company is also practicing A diversified employment mode.Because company A implements "different pay for the same work",the employee benefits, workload and status of different employment modes vary too much,so the internal team falls apart and there is no harmony at all.In order to better study the diversification of large enterprise employment mode to employees and the influence of company management, the author decided to their own experience as a case study object, with first-hand information to detail how the description of diversified employment system is unfair, and unfair is how to employees’ sense of belonging, recognition, promotion and psychological situation, has a strong practical significance. At the same time,Maslow’s demand theory, incentive theory and other human resources related theories are used to analyze these problems, trying to find an effective solution.Through Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, expectation theory, fairness theory,dual-factor theory and interpersonal relationship theory, the resignation behavior of informal employees under different employment methods is analyzed. As a rational individual,non-regular employees will make a choice from five aspects, such as physiology, safety, belonging, respect, and self-realization.Through the above analysis, the reasons for the high turnover rate of informal employees can be obtained, and corresponding measures can be taken according to this reason.Although different employment methods are flexible, but if the contradictions between formal and informal workers are not solved,it will undoubtedly add more uncertainties to the already difficult enterprise management.
