| With the rapid development of the property industry,the scale of the property management market has been increasing.In recent years,the scale and advantages of the leading enterprises in the property industry are obvious,and the industry shows a trend of centralized integration.ZB property company according to the internal and external situation changes should be timely,from the centralized cost leadership strategy to diversification,digitalization,brand strategy adjustment.The organization is the carrier of the company to implement the strategy and realize the goal and vision,which will inevitably change with the change of the strategy.This thesis takes ZB Property Company as the research object,studies its macro environment,industrial environment,its own resources and capabilities,and analyzes the motivation and direction of its strategic adjustment.And in this context,analyzes the organization status of ZB property company and the conflict with the new development strategy requirements.This thesis further uses the theoretical knowledge related to organizational change,and obtains empirical evidence through questionnaires and interview surveys.Combined with the current situation,development strategy and existing problems of ZB Property Company,the thesis designs the organizational change plan of ZB Property Company.By improving the organizational structure,it adds new departments,adjusts the powers and responsibilities of departments,reduces the management range and strengthens the first-line organization.In order to crack the current development of ZB,make its organization revitalized,realize the dual development of personnel and organization.Finally,this thesis puts forward the implementation strategy of organizational change plan of ZB Property Company,through studying its resistance to change,formulating the implementation process and safeguard measures,provides feasible countermeasures for the implementation of the reform plan,and looks forward to the reference significance of this study for the development and reform of property enterprises. |
