Study On Influencing Factors And Economic Consequences Of Financial Restatement Of Tongzhou Electronicss

Financial report is the most direct and the most important channel for investors to understand the financial information of the company,which will have a key impact on investors’ decisions.Therefore,the accuracy of financial report is crucial.In order to improve the quality of financial reporting,set up the system of financial restatement of financial report issued during the previous existence of the error,to describe,but the system has been more and more listed companies malicious use,become its whitewash statements,the result of the financial fraud,cause serious damage to the healthy and orderly operation of capital markets,Therefore,we must pay attention to the financial restatement.Firstly,the background of financial system of listed companies is analyzed,including the evolution and implementation of the system,and the financial restatement data in DIB database and Juchao information network are collated to analyze the status quo of financial restatements of listed companies from 2017 to2019.It is found that financial restatements lack standardization and financial restatements occur frequently.Has become the common problem of the whole industry,especially the manufacturing industry.Based on this,this paper chooses Tongzhou Electronics,a typical manufacturing enterprise with typical financial restatement problems,as a case for in-depth study.Secondly,the financial restatement process of Tongzhou Electronics as many as 13 times is sorted out and its behavior characteristics are analyzed.Once again,Further analyze the causes,influencing factors and economic consequences of electronic financial restatement in Tongzhou.Finally,based on the case analysis,the research conclusion is drawn.From the perspective of regulating the behavior of financial restatement,suggestions are put forward to enterprises,regulators and investors,in order to restrain financial restatement from the source.Through the specific analysis of the case selected in this paper,it is found that the cause of the electronic financial restatement behavior of Tongzhou has its particularity.Through the study and analysis of this case,it can enrich the research content of related issues.
