Research On Accounts Receivable Management Improvement Of Sany Heavy Industry Co.,LTD

In recent years,China has vigorously supported economic development,especially the rapid rise of real estate,highway,railway engineering and other industries,and the domestic heavy construction machinery industry is enjoying a good situation.In order to continuously develop sales,improve market share,enterprises wantonly implement credit sales,accounts receivable mismanagement and enterprise management and development conflict is imminent.Accounts receivable,as an important part of the assets in the corporate statement and a key component of the corporate asset system,not only brings profits for the enterprise but also contains significant management risks.Therefore,it is particularly important to manage enterprise accounts receivable well.Since 2011,a large number of credit transactions have led to an increasing amount of external loans of Sany Heavy Industry.The book balance of accounts receivable each year is enough to dilute the source of funds brought by income to enterprises,and its payment cycle exceeds the industry average.The large amount and low turnover rate bring great financial pressure to the capital turnover of Sany Heavy Industry,which is extremely unfavorable to the sustainable and healthy development of Sany Heavy Industry.Although Sany Heavy Industry,as a large enterprise,has a higher management level than many small and medium-sized enterprises,the management level of accounts receivable can’t keep up with the pace of enterprise development,and the management problems are prominent.The main problems are imperfect credit system,vague internal responsibilities of enterprises and sluggish daily management,ineffective collection and inadequate risk prevention and control.This paper takes accounts receivable of Sany Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.as the object to analyze and interpret its financial statement data from 2016 to 2020.Studying the theoretical research of predecessors,this paper analyzes the problems existing in accounts receivable management of Sany Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.in this period,probes into the direct and internal causes of the present situation of accounts receivable management,and puts forward improvement countermeasures by improving its company structure,implementation and system.Finally,this paper argues that the enterprise has been clear about the improved accounts receivable management system to ensure implementation of the measures,and the effect is expected to expect through the improvement system,realize the effective management of SANY heavy industry accounts receivable comprehensive,improving the quality of accounts receivable and economic operation,so as to make the SANY heavy industry develop quickly and well.
