The central document No.1 in 2023 pointed out that it is necessary to vigorously improve the county and rural e-commerce and express logistics distribution system,support the construction of cold chain distribution centers in origin,promote the cold chain logistics service network to sink to the countryside,and ensure the smooth flow of agricultural products.We will deepen the implementation of the "number of businesses to promote agriculture" and the "Internet +" project of agricultural products going out of villages and into cities,encourage the development of ecommerce models such as direct procurement and customized production of agricultural products,and build live-streaming e-commerce bases for agricultural products.At the same time,with the rapid development of e-commerce and the improvement of people’s living standards,local e-commerce products are also rising rapidly to meet the needs of people’s lives.Chinese rose is a kind of commodity with ornamental value,which has a long history of development in China.As the main producing area of Chinese rose,Nanyang belongs to the direct e-commerce of flower nursery without intermediate links in its sales process,which has inherent advantages in reducing the operating cost of e-commerce.Especially in recent years,with the support of national policies,Nanyang Rose e-commerce has made significant progress,not only the construction of Nanyang rose e-commerce sales base,but also supporting the cold chain and other infrastructure.Based on this,this paper conducted related research on how to grasp the growth of Chinese rose industry and increase the income of growers through e-commerce development.Based on the theory of planning behavior and the theory of information asymmetry,this paper uses the method of literature research and questionnaire to obtain data,and expounds the development situation,planting scale and base construction of Chinese rose in Nanyang from the actual situation.Then,the development status of Nanyang Rose e-commerce is analyzed from the development scale,development platform,development model and talent status quo,and the development effectiveness and development advantages of Nanyang Rose ecommerce are deeply summarized.Based on the above research,five problems existing in the development of Nanyang Rose e-commerce are found: Product homogeneity competition,weak e-commerce platform construction,weak logistics infrastructure,lack of professional flower e-commerce talents,lack of government guidance,etc.Finally,based on the reasons behind the problems,five aspects of development countermeasures are proposed,including: Innovate unique product advantages,strengthen the information platform to keep up with the pace of fashion,strengthen the construction of logistics infrastructure,carry out e-commerce talent system,and the government supports the development of e-commerce.
