| Energy is an important driving force for economic development.Entering a new period of development,China’s economic development and energy strategy have attracted much attention.As an energy industry related to people’s livelihood,gas industry has attracted wide public attention for its particularity.Ensuring the healthy growth of gas enterprises is an important embodiment of ensuring people’s livelihood and social responsibility.With the continuous expansion of the business scale of gas enterprises,the difficulty of accounts receivable management is also increasing.As the "old and difficult" problem of financial management of gas enterprises,accounts receivable has a great negative impact on itself.Therefore,on the premise of minimizing the impact on the production and operation of customer enterprises,how to do a good job in the management of accounts receivable,prevent huge accounts receivable from turning into bad debts and ensure the normal operation of the enterprise is an urgent problem for gas enterprises.In view of this,this paper takes Changsha ENN Gas Co.,Ltd.as a case to study its accounts receivable management,in order to explore a feasible method to effectively control the scale of accounts receivable,so as to help enterprises achieve sustainable development.On the basis of reviewing the relevant theories of accounts receivable,Taking Changsha ENN Gas as the research object,this paper first analyzes the current quality of Changsha ENN Gas’ accounts receivable from three dimensions: accounts receivable scale and structure,accounts receivable turnover ratio and accounts receivable aging and bad debts,and then analyzes Changsha ENN Gas’ accounts receivable from three dimensions: accounts receivable internal management structure,management system and management process.It is found that at present,there are four problems in Changsha ENN Gas,including the inadequate implementation of accounts receivable management responsibilities,unreasonable size and structure of the lending line,low effectiveness of accounts receivable process control and lagging daily supervision of accounts receivable.The causes of these problems lie in four aspects: imperfect organization of accounts receivable management,inadequate credit and risk prevention system,inadequate dynamic management of accounts receivable and inadequate support guarantee for accounts receivable management.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on optimizing Changsha ENN Gas accounts receivable management from four aspects: improving organizational structure and responsibility allocation,perfecting credit and risk prevention system,strengthening dynamic management of accounts receivable and improving supporting safeguards for accounts receivable management.As an enterprise with good development momentum in the gas industry,Changsha ENN Gas has a strong representativeness to study and explore the management of its accounts receivable.Therefore,we will carry out research around the internal control management of the company’s accounts receivable,seek ways to improve the company’s capital turnover and utilization rate,establish and maintain a benign purchase and sales cooperation relationship with customers,so as to improve the profitability of the enterprise itself,may provide some references for companies in the industry. |
