Research On The Improvement Of Organizational Resilience In Internet Healthcare Companies

Abstract/Summary:
In the context of China’s large population base and aging problem,the long-term shortage of medical resources has become a real problem.Internet healthcare services can break through geographical space restrictions and efficiently allocate medical resources,so they are increasingly valued.In this paper,the author evaluates the organizational resilience of PA company,a "problem" Internet healthcare company with poor development and long-term loss,and makes targeted recommendations to help it get rid of the crisis,which has certain reference value to the peer companies.Organizational resilience is the ability of a company accumulated and built up over a long period of time,which can help the company get out of a crisis,recover rapidly and achieve new development.The Organizational resilience of a company is affected by various environments such as external policies and the economy,but under the same development environment,leading companies in the Internet healthcare industry can develop rapidly and achieve profitability,leaving PA company behind.So the key to this research is to explore the organizational resilience of the company itself.Therefore,starting from this research perspective,this paper adopts Quantitative and qualitative analysis,Comparative analysis,and Inductive analysis to conduct a specific study on the organizational resilience of PA company.The author uses the indirect measurement method to evaluate the organizational resilience level of the companies.By referring to the existing evaluation index system,the index data are obtained from the Wind database and financial reports,etc.,and the Principal Component Analysis method of SPSS software is used for verification and calculation.The results show that most indexes of PA company are lagging behind.Then,in order to make up for the deficiency of indirect measurement method in quantitative measurement of factors that may affect organizational resilience such as business model and strategic positioning,the author also conducts qualitative analysis based on the basic situation of the three major companies.The four reasons for the lack of organizational resilience of PA company are summarized as follows: 1.Lack of a long-term dynamic mechanism for monitoring the company’s business and risks;2.Lack of a response mechanism that can detect and deal with crises quickly when they occur;3.Lack of appropriate strategic positioning and the core competitiveness of products,marketing and services created therefrom;4.Lack of reflection and summary of crisis events,innovation input and strategic talent reserve.In view of the above four reasons leading to the lack of organizational resilience of PA company,the author combined the whole process of crisis management,from the four aspects of defense,resistance,recovery and growth,put forward the following optimization suggestions: 1.Set up a full-time department responsible for directors,and start with the overall planning of system construction;2.Build a stable and positive employee relationship and an efficient crisis response mechanism;3.Accurately position the market and formulate strategies to enhance the competitiveness of product,marketing and services;4.Reflect and summarize the response methodology,increase innovation investment and talent training.From the new research perspective of organizational resilience,this paper evaluates the ability of PA company to cope with crisis,and puts forward specific suggestions,which enrich the development connotation of Internet healthcare companies.In the future,with the influx of new companies into the Internet healthcare industry,existing companies will face more challenges under the intensified competition.If "problem" companies such as PA company want to get rid of these crises,they urgently need to improve their organizational resilience,combine their own advantages and business characteristics to position themselves in the industry accurately,and improve their organizational resilience in the whole process of crisis management cycle continuously,to promote the ability of surviving in changes constantly.
