| With many large groups grows up inland,financial sharing service center,as a new solution to solve the problem of financial management and realize lower costs in financial work,has been applied to the management work more frequently.Especially for large local state-owned enterprise groups,which are troubled by their rapid development,low personnel mobility and relatively weak management ability,they need financial sharing service centers to conduct standardized centralized management,so as to solve the urgent problems of insufficient professional personnel,inconsistent standards and high financial risks.But in order to improve the efficiency of financial sharing service center and avoid simple financial centralization,it is necessary to do a good job in the performance measurement of financial shared service center.Through practical research,HS Group financial sharing service center in early stage is taken as the research object this time.It uses the method of balanced scorecard to construct its performance measurement index system,and puts forward specific suggestions to improve the performance evaluation work.The performance measurement of financial shared service center is constantly improved in practice.Based on the balanced scorecard method,this essay will focus on the build of the performance measurement index system which evaluate the financial shared service center of HS group and putting forward improvement suggestions of the performance evaluation.First of all,it introduces the research situation of financial sharing service center and related performance evaluation system,and then expounds the relevant theoretical basis and main tools of this thesis.Based on the performance evaluation status of financial sharing service center of HS Group,this thesis analyzes the strategic objectives from four dimensions which include finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth on the basis of balanced scorecard.At the same time,by means of questionnaire survey and multiple weighting method,to complete the performance evaluation index system,various indicators are weighted.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for improving the management’s understanding,setting up performance evaluation management and executive departments,perfecting performance evaluation system and establishing performance evaluation index system. |
