Integration Of Capital And Technology,Industrial Transfer And Upgrading And High-Quality Economic Development:Effects And Paths Study

As the most lasting source of high-quality economic development,technological progress and innovation drive are inseparable from sufficient capital support.The perfect,efficient financial structure system may rapidly attract financial capital for innovation activities,providing necessary financial support for technological innovation.Thus,it is of great practical significance to explore how regional capital and technology integration drives effect on industrial transfer and industrial structure adjustment and its effect on high-quality economic development.This dissertation mainly analyzes the spatial effect and heterogeneity of capital and technology integration driving on high-quality economic development,and explores the chain mediated effect of industrial transfer and structure upgrading in the process of capital and technology integration and high-quality economic development.Firstly,the panel data of provinces and cities from 2007 to 2020 are selected to construct a measurement system of capital and technology integration driving,industrial transfer,industrial upgrading and high-quality development,and the spatial heterogeneity analysis is carried out.It is preliminarily found that the high-quality economic development level is closely related to the capital and technology integration driving level,showing a phenomenon high in the eastern region and low in the central and western regions.Secondly,a spatial panel model is established to analyze the spatial effects of capital and technology integration and industrial transfer and upgrading on high-quality economic development.The research shows that there is a positive spillover effect of capital and technology integration driving,industrial transfer and upgrading industrial structure on high-quality economic development,and the effect of capital and technology integration driving is significantly higher than that of industrial transfer and upgrading.In eastern China,capital and technology integration drive and industrial transfer have positive spatial spillover effects on high-quality economic development,and capital and technology integration drive can alleviate the blocking effect of industrial structure upgrading on high-quality economic development.In the central and western regions,industrial transfer and upgrading are still the main driving forces for economic development,and there is a positive spatial spillover effect on high-quality economic development.Finally,taking industrial transfer and industrial structure upgrading as the intermediate mechanism,the dissertation analyzes the chain mediating effect in the influence path of capital and technology integration driving on high-quality economic development.The results show that in the whole country,the intermediary path of promoting high-quality economic development driven by the integration of capital and technology not only includes two independent intermediary effect paths of slowing down industrial transfer and promoting industrial structure upgrading,but also includes the chain intermediary path of "industrial transfer→industrial structure upgrading".According to the results of subsample analysis,The intermediary path of promoting high-quality economic development driven by the integration of capital and technology in eastern China not only includes the independent intermediary path of promoting industrial upgrading,but also includes the chain intermediary path of "industrial transfer→industrial structure upgrading".The central and western regions mainly promote high-quality economic development through two independent intermediary effect channels of promoting industrial transfer and upgrading industrial structure.According to the research conclusion,suggestions are putted forward to promote the high-quality economic development:(1)Attach importance to the financial capital serving the scientific and technological innovation mechanism,make the capital more promising and make more contribution to the high-quality development of regional economy;(2)Pay attention to regional differences in the impact of capital and technology integration on high-quality economic development,and formulate differentiated development strategies.(3)Pay attention to the innovation spillover effect of regional industrial transfer,and speed up the process of scientific industrial transfer from the developed regions to the central and western regions.
