With the development of the economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,oral health has become the focus of people’s attention,and the national demand for oral medical services has also been increasing,which in turn has promoted the development of the overall oral medical service industry in China.In the new medical market economic environment,the oral medical device industry has gradually grown.How to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and establish a brand image in the industry has become the content that domestic oral medical device enterprises need to focus on.Based on this,this thesis takes T oral medical device company as the research object to analyze the market status of domestic oral medical device enterprises.Combined with domestic and foreign brands and brand marketing related theories and research,it provides theoretical support for the optimization of T company’s brand marketing strategy.Use SWOT tools to analyze the current internal and external environment of T company,start and explain from the perspective of products,channels and prices,and conduct research on T company end customers and agents in the form of questionnaires to understand the real feedback of customers and partners on T brand,and clarify the market positioning and future direction of T brand.In order to adjust and optimize the marketing strategy of Company T,based on the theory of improving the company’s marketing strategy,the suggestions on the improvement method and implementation guarantee of Company T’s products are proposed.At the same time,it also refers to the strategic optimization of the brand of Chinese oral medical device companies,which makes up for the shortcomings of the local imported medical device companies in the market brand marketing field.Under the condition of maintaining the business of Company T,the thesis restores the marketing situation of Company T to the greatest extent and ensures the accuracy and rigor of the content.
