| At present,the global economy is showing more and more digital features,and global enterprises are gradually covered by the wave of digitization.As the head of the enterprise,whether to actively welcome the wave of digitization or to passively wait for the impact of the wave of digitization,this is a problem facing every entrepreneur.In 2018,outstanding representatives among them expressed their emphasis on digitization with practical actions,accounting for 67% of the global top 1000 enterprises and 50% of the Chinese top 1000 enterprises,all take digitization as the core strategy of the enterprise.Especially since the outbreak in 2020,more and more Chinese entrepreneurs have deeply realized the value of digital technology to the business development of enterprises,and they have invested huge sums of money in business digitization,it is hoped that the digital strategy of the enterprise will be implemented by various IT technologies,so as to optimize the company’s organizational structure,business processes and business models and help the enterprise successfully enter a new stage of development.This paper takes the digital strategy of LB Group,a leading enterprise in daily chemical industry,as the research object,and improves the efficiency and effect of the group’s digital work by formulating the digital strategy in line with the group’s development strategy.Focus on the four major business areas and the four major security areas,solve the problem of business and technology unification,and make digitization work really play a role in improving business value and promoting full-link connection,finally,the group will enhance its competitiveness in the market and serve the upstream and downstream ecological customers in the daily chemical industry.In the analysis process,the definition of digital strategy and the research status of digital strategy at home and abroad are first clarified.Then analyze the general situation and overall development strategy of LB Group,the general situation of the digital development of daily chemical industry and the current situation of the digital construction of LB.In the process,the enterprise digital maturity model is used as the theoretical framework,so as to point out the problems and challenges faced by LB group in the digital strategy.Undertake the grading results of digital maturity,and focus on analyzing the environment,business needs and capacity building of LB Group’s digital strategy.According to the conclusion of the analysis,this paper discusses the vision and objectives that LB group needs to clarify at present in digitization,and puts forward construction strategies for the four major business areas(key digitization projects).Finally,the four safeguard measures for the implementation of LB Group’s digital strategy are discussed in a structured way.It is hoped to provide some reference significance for the digitization process of domestic daily chemical enterprises in China. |
