Research On The Earnings Quality Of Listed Companies In Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry

The pharmaceutical industry is closely linked to people’s lives and health,and has an incomparable significance in protecting people’s lives and health.However,at this stage,there are still a series of problems in China’s domestic pharmaceutical industry,such as poor service quality,deepening medical reform,and intensified industrial competition,which directly affect the profitability and sustainable development of companies in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.In this case,for the managers of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies,in order to enable the company to develop and grow for a long time,the company must enhance its profitability while also enhancing the quality of profitability,so that it can better seize the opportunity in the fierce market competition and meet the challenges.At the same time,many investors are also very concerned about the profit quality of the pharmaceutical industry,which is also one of the focuses of the majority of investors.If the stakeholders of the enterprise want to know the true profitability of the pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the quality of its profitability.The paper first refers to the research ideas and methods of domestic and foreign scholars,and conducts a theoretical analysis of the concept and characteristics of the profit quality of listed companies in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.At the same time,how pharmaceutical companies that have already been listed can achieve higher quality profitability have also been analyzed accordingly.Secondly,based on the characteristics of profit quality,four levels of profit quality evaluation indicators of stability,growth,cash security and profitability are constructed.Based on the financial data disclosed by Tongrentang Company,the longitudinal trend analysis method was used to analyze the situation of Tongrentang Company’s own profit quality from 2016 to 2020,and the horizontal comparative analysis method was used to compare the gap between Tongrentang Company and East Ejiao Company and the industry average,and it was concluded that Tongrentang Company’s profit quality was in a relatively favorable position in the industry.Finally,based on the analysis in the previous article,we will find out the problems in the profit quality of Tongrentang Company’s daily activities,analyze the reasons for the problems,and put forward suggestions for improving the quality of corporate profitability.
