Research On Improvement Of Owner Satisfaction Of R Project Of K Property Management Company

In the process of urban development,residential project is an important element and a necessity in people’s life.In recent years,property management services have developed rapidly in China,and in areas with relatively fast economic growth,property management services have a relatively perfect system and norms,but in less developed areas,the content and norms of property management services are still groping forward.With the rapid development of The Times and the continuous improvement of GDP,people have more diversified demands for property services provided by property management companies,and people pay more attention to the quality and level of selected construction projects.In this paper,on the basis of the property management company R K project status,through literature research,to the industry standard and interview with the owner communication way,determine the index of the questionnaire,to carry out the R project owners for the realty service satisfaction situation investigation,analyze the influencing factors of R project owner satisfaction and the existing reasons,to further explore some strategies to improve the owner’s satisfaction.In the process of this study,I studied and learned the theoretical knowledge of experts and scholars on satisfaction and index construction by literature research method.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the current situation of R project owner satisfaction of K Property Management Company,and analyzes the factors affecting R project owner satisfaction and the existing reasons combined with the communication interview method,and then puts forward specific suggestions and measures to improve owner satisfaction from the point of view of the reality of R project.
