| ZS Property Company was established in 2010.It has developed rapidly and has a wide range of business.It has more than 3,000 employees,and the management of the workforce is very complicated.In order to improve the stability of the staff team of ZS property management company,reduce the turnover rate of employees,and provide a basis for the improvement of the company’s management system and the enhancement of anti-risk ability.This paper uses literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to investigate and study.By reading domestic and foreign literature,understanding the research status at home and abroad,collecting the general situation of ZS property company and the turnover of employees in the past five years,it has laid a solid foundation for this investigation and research.First,interview the company’s recent employees.The interview samples were selected according to the proportion of employees leaving different positions in the company in the past five years,and the interview outline was designed from three aspects: employees themselves,internal and external factors.Sorting out the five factors that affect the turnover of ZS property company employees,including work itself,work environment,interpersonal relationship,work treatment and promotion opportunities.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the employees of the company,and the survey samples were still selected by stratified sampling according to the turnover ratio of employees in different positions in the past five years.The content of the questionnaire is based on the five factors that affect the employee turnover of ZS Property Company and the factors of employee turnover intention.Finally,using the statistical analysis method,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS software,which confirmed the rationality of the design of the employee stability questionnaire of ZS property company and the objective authenticity of the conclusion.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the current situation analysis,difference analysis and correlation analysis,four key problems affecting the stability of the staff team of ZS property company are obtained,including employees ’ dissatisfaction with the work of the property company itself,less promotion opportunities for young employees,low salary level of technical employees and poor working environment of grass-roots employees.Combining Shi En ’s psychological contract theory,Maslow ’s hierarchy of needs theory and intensity change theory,this paper puts forward targeted strategies for ZS property company from two aspects.First,the company should strive to establish a balanced psychological contract with employees;the second is to meet the strongest development needs of different types of employees and pay attention to changes in their needs,including providing smooth dual career development channels for young employees,improving the working conditions of technical talents and improving the working environment of grassroots employees. |
