With the development of the times,the process of global integration is accelerating,IT technology is advancing rapidly,the market environment is becoming increasingly complex,and the competition among enterprises is intensifying.In this context,enterprises can only seize the opportunity to compete in the rapidly changing environment by improving their ability to adapt to the environment.Financial internal control,as the core of internal control,plays a pivotal role in enterprise management.With the group development of enterprises,the large number of internal subsidiaries and branches and the complexity of the organizational structure have increased the difficulty of financial management,and the effective implementation of financial internal control system is particularly important in order to improve the level of financial management.An effective internal control system can prevent and control financial risks,which is conducive to promoting the improvement of enterprise internal control management,thus enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises,and is a key factor in determining the success or failure of enterprise production and operation.Strengthening the level of internal control of enterprise finance can improve the efficiency of enterprise finance,strengthen the supervision of financial process,realize the standardization,process and refinement of financial work,so as to achieve better financial management effect.S Group is a diversified group of companies,and with the growth of the company’s scale and business,the management of the company has become more difficult.In order to effectively promote the financial management of Group S and ensure the long-term stability of Group S,the effectiveness of Group S’s financial internal control system was evaluated using internal control theory as the entry point.In order to quantify the effectiveness of S Group’s financial internal control system,during the research process,the financial internal control system evaluation model was constructed,the hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to quantify the degree of effectiveness,and the effectiveness scoring results were analyzed.Combined with the field survey,it was found that S Group’s financial internal control system is basically effective,and the internal control system has imperfect job settings,talent training programs in order to promote the effective solution of the problems,we conducted an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems and proposed to improve the job setting and talent training system,innovate the employment concept,improve the risk assessment system,improve the process system,formulate the system scientifically and reasonably,and in order to realize the refined management of financial internal control and thus improve the quality and efficiency of the enterprise financial management,we have made recommendations such as the coordinated planning of informationization implementation and the strengthening of internal supervision and management.
