| In recent years,China’s economy has developed steadily,the disposable income of residents has increased,and the investment demand is rising day by day.On the basis of national and social development,the financial industry has entered the fast lane of development.However,problems such as rigid cashing and fund pool operation have seriously restricted the standardized development of financial management business.In 2018,the introduction of the "new regulations on asset management" policy broke the development deadlock of the financial industry,increased market supervision,broke the financial chaos,and promoted the stable development of the financial industry.This policy encourages commercial banks to establish financial management subsidiaries with independent legal person structure to carry out financial management business independently.Today,the financial management industry has entered the transition period,and the financial management subsidiaries of major commercial banks have been established one after another,and the industry situation is improving.Taking the financial management subsidiary of bank g as the research object,taking the development of financial management business as the main content,and based on the development strategy transformation theory,product system theory,financial innovation theory and portfolio theory,this paper summarizes the change trend of financial management business before and after the new asset management regulations.Combined with the core requirements of the new asset management regulations,this paper defines the connotation and business types of financial subsidiaries of commercial banks.From the aspects of product system,sales channel,approval process and risk control,explore the business development status of G bank’s financial subsidiary,comprehensively compare the business status of other commercial bank’s financial subsidiaries,and clarify the current development level of G bank’s financial subsidiary’s business in the industry.Based on the above situation,this paper puts forward various problems existing in the business development of G bank’s financial subsidiary,analyzes the macro and micro factors affecting the business development,and defines the root causes of the problems.In addition,from the regulatory side,rate side,product side and technology side,comprehensively compare the business development trend of financial management subsidiaries of commercial banks in China and Europe,and draw lessons from the business operation mode of UBS financial management.Finally,from the five aspects of strategic planning,product system,operation management,risk control and customer service,this paper systematically puts forward the business development strategy of G bank’s financial subsidiary under the background of "new asset management regulations",so as to promote the long-term and sustainable development of financial business. |
