| Under the influence of the current international situation,the political games between major countries continues to escalate,and the uncertainty of future economic development is increasing.Various high-tech digital technologies such as big data,the Internet of Things,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and blockchain are flooding into the corporate finance and business activities,promoting the development of enterprise informatization,intelligence,and automation,and putting forward higher requirements for enterprise management.Budget management of industry and finance integration emphasizes the use of modern information management methods from the process of budget preparation,implementation,control and evaluation,so that financial and business activities are integrated with each other,and the overall arrangement of resources is done to promote the realization of budget objectives and escort the company’s strategic goals.Based on this,this paper takes M company,a heavy asset company mainly engaged in the production of of major key parts for railway locomotives and vehicles,engineering machinery parts,and also participating in military-civilian integration products,other cast steel parts production and process technology research as the basis.Combining with the theory of business-finance integration,using literature research method and case analysis method,this paper collects budget management related data from M Company’s front line,analyzes the problems existing in M Company’s budget management and the reasons behind them,and proposes to establish value-based business units within the company based on business-finance integration theory.The responsibilities and authorities are defined,the budget management organization and system are optimized,the performance evaluation and reward mechanism of the “accountability mechanism” are established based on strategic management,incentive theory,etc.,and the budget preparation is standardized to undertake strategic goals.The financial BP position is set up,and information management methods such as artificial intelligence and big data are gradually introduced to make M Company’s budget management system achieve full participation,full-process control,and full-process management.This will promote the company’s sustainable development,maximize its economic value and market value,help achieve the company’s strategic goals,and provide reference value for the budget management work of M Company and other similar enterprises.Through the analysis of the paper,it can be seen that in the current context of the integration of information technology and finance,financial staff cannot just bury their heads in accounting and focus on basic accounting work.They also need to delve into the front line of enterprise production,closely integrate with business,analyze the current development status of the enterprise,predict future market conditions,implement quantitative management,fully mobilize employees’ enthusiasm and initiative,view enterprise development issues from a financial perspective,and help steer the enterprise’s development.Non-financial staff should also actively participate in enterprise budget management,strengthen their awareness of comprehensive budget management through participation,fully play the role of enterprise budget management mechanism.How to better promote the integration of industry and finance to drive enterprise development and improve the efficiency of comprehensive budget management,which will be a future topic for us to study. |
