| In the face of social and economic transition,various kinds of labor disputes and deep contradictions occurred frequently,and employment security of employees is becoming more and more prominent.It is an unavoidable reality that the disputes and disputes caused by employment conflicts are on the rise day by day,which not only restricts the creation of individual value of employees,but also brings a severe test to the release of human resource efficiency of enterprises.Enterprise performance is one of the values pursued by enterprises to maintain long-term operation.As the value stimulated by enterprise innovation takes a higher proportion in enterprise performance,enterprise innovation input becomes an important link affecting the improvement of enterprise performance.Therefore,this paper combines literature analysis with empirical research to explore the relationship between employee employment security level and corporate performance as well as the influence mechanism of enterprise innovation input from the perspective of the enterprise itself.Firstly,this paper reviews domestic and foreign literatures related to employee employment security,enterprise innovation input and enterprise performance,and proposes research hypotheses based on human capital theory,hierarchy of needs theory,social exchange theory and innovation theory.Secondly,the enterprises involved in the 12 th National Survey of Private Enterprises in 2016 were selected as samples,and 4,077 sets of data were selected to construct a comprehensive index of employee employment security based on on-the-job training,social insurance,enterprise contracts,labor unions and housing provident funds,with employee employment security level as the explanatory variable and enterprise performance as the explained variable.Innovation input was introduced as the mediating variable and political correlation and firm size as the moderating variable to build an empirical model.Stata15.0 software was used to conduct descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and robustness test.The results show that:(1)Employee employment security can improve enterprise performance.(2)The positive correlation between employee employment security level and corporate performance is higher in companies with active labor union organization and active housing provident fund policies than in companies with on-the-job training,social insurance and labor contract policies.(3)The intensity of enterprise innovation investment has a partial mediating effect on the influence of employee employment security level and enterprise performance.(4)Political relevance has a negative moderating effect on the influence of employee employment security level and firm performance.(5)Firm size has a positive moderating effect on the influence of employee employment security level and firm performance.Finally,based on the empirical analysis above,suggestions are put forward for enterprises,governments and employees. |
