| Jiangxi has a long history of tea production,a long history of tea planting,and profound tea culture.The development of tea industry is an important industry to promote rural revitalization and help tea farmers achieve common prosperity.The government is also constantly increasing the support for the development of tea industry.However,at present,the standardization level of Jiangxi tea enterprises is not high,the market competitiveness is not strong,need to further promote the standardization of tea.Based on the information asymmetry theory,transaction cost theory and government regulation theory,through the survey data of 302 tea enterprises in Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the standardization process of tea enterprises as follows:(1)The implementation of standardization in tea enterprises in Jiangxi province is not high;(2)The standardization of the standardized production process needs to be improved;(3)The application behavior of tea blending technology is not in place;(4)The standardization of product packaging is not strong;(5)Low participation rate of online sales behavior of standardized products.Based on this,this paper puts forward:(1)Encourage tea enterprises to participate in the formulation and revision of product standardization;(2)Strengthen the supervision and management of the implementation of tea standards to ensure the implementation of industry standards;(3)Improve and popularize tea blending technology to ensure tea quality stability;(4)Innovating tea product packaging to improve consumers’ shopping experience;(5)Improve the e-commerce support policies,improve online sales participation of tea enterprises and other countermeasures and suggestions.To steadily enhance the market competitiveness of Jiangxi tea enterprises,promote the healthy and sustainable development of Jiangxi tea industry. |
