Research On The Impact Of Digital Agriculture Transformation On Enterprise Performance

At present,China’s digital economy has accelerated its development.In the field of agriculture,digital agriculture has become the development direction of future agriculture.It makes effective integration of information technology and all aspects of agriculture,showing great development potential and broad application prospects.Since the new century,with the deepening of rural revitalization strategy,digital agriculture has ushered in a policy dividend period,and the demand for digital agriculture services has increased rapidly.More and more traditional agricultural leaders,science and technology companies and Internet enterprises have begun to enter digital agriculture to adapt to market changes.The digital transformation of agriculture has gradually become an inevitable result of the development of the times.Forbon is not only a traditional agricultural enterprise,but also a scientific and technological enterprise with strong R&D capabilities.This paper introduces the basic business profile of Forbon and the transformation process of digital agriculture,and analyzes the transformation motivation and path of the company.In terms of short-term performance,the impact of digital agriculture on the company’s short-term market performance is analyzed by using the event study method.In terms of long-term performance,this paper uses the entropy method to evaluate the comprehensive financial performance of the company,analyzes the changes of long-term performance in the process of digital agriculture transformation of Fubon Shares from two aspects of financial indicators and non-financial indicators,and finally summarizes the possible risks of Fubon Shares in the subsequent development of digital agriculture and puts forward corresponding suggestions.Through the analysis of the transformation process of the case company Forbon Digital Agriculture,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,the transformation path of Forbon Digital Agriculture is mainly realized from three aspects:business model transformation,business and product innovation,and management decision-making optimization.Second,in terms of short-term performance,the market attitude has changed from negative to positive,and the transformation of Forbon Digital Agriculture has been recognized by the market.Third,in terms of long-term performance,during the transformation of digital agriculture,the company’s operating capacity and solvency have been significantly improved.Due to the impact of the fertilizer additive industry,the profitability and growth capacity of Forbon shares have declined.However,according to the entropy method,the company’s comprehensive performance has still been significantly improved,and the company’s non-financial performance has also achieved a significant increase.To sum up,This paper believes that the transformation of digital agriculture has brought a positive impact on the performance of Fubon.
