| In recent years,Chinese commercial banks have made some progress in digital transformation,but small and medium-sized banks have a big gap with large banks in capital strength,customer volume,data capability,scientific and technological capability,human resources and other aspects,and still face many problems in digital.In order to adapt to the new business model under the background of digital economy and better cope with challenges,small and medium-sized banks should find suitable strategic positioning and market,enhance risk prevention ability,and find a suitable digital transformation road.This paper takes the digital transformation of M Rural Commercial Bank’s credit business as the research object,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized commercial banks’ credit business through literature research,questionnaire survey and other methods.In view of the problems found in the questionnaire,such as the lack of clear strategic planning for the overall development of digitalization and the transformation and development of credit business,the lack of digitalization degree of business process and the lack of agile coordination of organizational structure,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems and proposes measures to accelerate the digital transformation of credit business from the perspectives of organization management,product business and talent technology.The multi-dimensional digital transformation development strategy of credit business can not only help M Rural Commercial Bank seize the opportunities of digital transformation,but also help M Rural Commercial Bank improve its market competitiveness,break through the problems of data security,organization and coordination,process transformation and other problems in the digital transformation,and realize the high-quality development of M Rural Commercial Bank’s credit business.In terms of theoretical research,this paper promotes the theoretical improvement of the digital transformation of small and medium-sized commercial banks and enricfies the research content of the digital transformation of domestic commercial banks.In practice,this paper aims to put forward targeted strategies and measures based on the existing problems of M Rural Commercial Bank in the digital transformation of its credit business,which can not only promote the effective improvement of the digital level of the bank’s credit business,but also provide certain reference for the digital transformation and development of the industry under the background of digital economy. |
