Research On The Quality And Safety Supervision System Of Agricultural Products In Jurong City,Jiangsu Province

The people prioritize food,and food prioritizes safety.With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people demand not only to have enough to eat,but also to eat well and nutritionally healthy.Therefore,food safety is increasingly valued.The quality and safety supervision of agricultural products,as a fundamental work of food safety,has become a focus of social attention.Important livelihood issues have increasingly broad social significance,and have become a focus of attention at the recent National Party Congress and government work.This article selects this issue as the research object,aiming to strengthen and improve the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in the entire process of production,sales,storage and transportation,and explore the intervention of judicial supervision,continuously improve the construction of agricultural product quality and safety supervision system,promote the improvement of agricultural product quality and safety,and ultimately solve food safety problems,increase farmers’ income,rural development To contribute to the ultimate solution of rural social governance and other issues related to agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.At first,this paper thoroughly combs and analyzes the research achievements of many scholars at home and abroad,and strives to conduct research on the supervision system of agricultural product quality and safety under the guidance of the theory of ensuring food safety,economic and legal balance,and sustainable Development theory.At the same time,in order to make this study broad and targeted,some representative cases of agricultural product quality and safety in judicial practice were selected as the research objects of this article.In the process of studying the quality and safety supervision system of agricultural products,a combination of logical reasoning,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative analysis,as well as comparative research methods are used to conduct research and analysis,summarize successful experiences,sort out existing problems,and propose corresponding policy recommendations.This article summarizes and identifies the main problems in China’s agricultural product quality and safety supervision system,and also identifies some significant influencing factors that constrain the agricultural product quality and safety supervision system.In order to deepen the research,we also conducted challenging research on relevant cases.The author investigated the current situation of the quality and safety supervision system for agricultural products in rural areas of Jurong City,Jiangsu Province,and proposed measures to improve the quality and safety supervision system for rural agricultural products in Jurong City based on the existing problems.In response to the problems and significant influencing factors in the quality and safety supervision system of agricultural products in Jurong City,this article attempts to propose four countermeasures and suggestions: firstly,according to the requirements of the14 th Five Year Plan of the country,the quality and safety of agricultural products should be given top priority in modern agricultural production.Correspondingly,it is necessary to strengthen legislation,clarify and fix the quality and safety supervision system of agricultural products in legal form,and achieve legal compliance There are laws that must be followed.Secondly,due to the demand for improving the quality of life of the people,the Party clearly pointed out in the report of the 20 th National Congress that China needs to improve the quality and safety supervision system of agricultural products,which more clearly demonstrates that the safety issue of agricultural product quality is still the top priority of current people’s livelihood construction,and the improvement and enrichment of relevant regulatory mechanisms urgently need to be solved.The formation of a regulatory system requires the cooperation of the state,local authorities,and the entire society to minimize regional and level differences,and to unify national standards for law enforcement,inspection and quarantine,and traceability.The fourth is to promote and improve regulatory legislation and administrative supervision,while incorporating judicial supervision into the agricultural product quality and safety supervision system,using judicial cases to alert society and make it an effective supplement in the construction of the regulatory system.
