| In recent years,economic globalization has promoted the globalization of supply chains,which have become increasingly complex,especially in the new energy vehicle industry.W enterprise is a company whose main business is the processing and manufacturing of new energy vehicle electronic products.Due to the tense international situation,there is a significant risk of supply interruption for a few important components that rely on foreign single source procurement.In order to avoid or reduce the significant adverse impact on production,it is necessary to consider multi-source procurement for components with significant supply interruption risks,that is,how to select multiple suppliers and allocate orders scientifically and reasonably.For the selection of suppliers of important components with high risk of supply interruption in W enterprise,we first study to determine the evaluation index of suppliers considering the risk of supply interruption.Then,a multi-criteria decision-making method based on BWM(Best Worst Method)-entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of the indicator set,establish a supplier selection model considering risk factors,and use the selected suppliers for subsequent order allocation process.22 supplier interruption risk evaluation indicators were determined,and the risk values of 4 qualitative indicators were quantified using expert scoring methods;For the risk values of 18 quantitative indicators,specific calculation methods have been studied,and international and domestic well-known credit institutions have been selected for calculation based on quantitative indicators such as national political risk and social environmental risk.Finally,a multi-objective order allocation model is constructed based on the consideration of supplier interruption risk,with procurement cost,delayed delivery and defect quantity,and supplier flexibility as objectives.The NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the order model.After analyzing and studying the existing supplier selection evaluation methods and order allocation status of W enterprise,a new energy automotive component manufacturer,the established supplier interruption risk evaluation index system and order allocation model considering supplier interruption risk evaluation are used to optimize and analyze the effect of order distribution of products with high supply interruption risk.A fuzzy membership function is used to select the optimal order allocation scheme from the Pareto solution set that conforms to the current business strategy of W enterprise,and it is compared with the original allocation scheme.The optimized order allocation scheme reduces the risk of supplier interruption,improves the overall efficiency of the company,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the order allocation model considering supplier interruption risk built for W enterprise in this thesis. |
