A Study On The Impact Of Financial Support For Agriculture On The Consumption Of Rural Residents In Guizhou Province

In recent years,the global economy affected by the epidemic is in a downturn,the international and domestic economic development is not optimistic,the development between urban and rural areas in China is unbalanced,and the problem of weak rural external economic development is prominent.Since the realization of comprehensive poverty alleviation in 2020,consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively linking rural revitalization is the key factor in promoting rural revitalization in poverty alleviation areas.Guizhou Province is located in the hinterland of the southwest,among the original 592 state-level poor counties,Guizhou Province occupies 50 national-level poverty-stricken counties,with a large poverty area,a large population base in rural areas,and insufficient consumption power of rural residents is a direct factor restricting the development of rural areas.After poverty alleviation in 2020,the rural areas of Guizhou Province bid farewell to absolute poverty and entered a period of relative poverty,and the state provided great financial support to Guizhou Province,which created a good environment for the economic development of Guizhou Province,therefore,this paper takes Guizhou Province as the research object,based on the mechanism of fiscal policy affecting consumption,the impact mechanism of fiscal support for agricultural expenditure on rural residents’ consumption in Guizhou Province,through reviewing literature and constructing a PVAR empirical model.The impact of financial support for agriculture at the provincial level and the county level on the consumption of rural residents in Guizhou Province was analyzed respectively,and the impact of fiscal support on rural residents’ consumption at the provincial level and the county level was compared through empirical results,and finally corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for their influencing factors,so as to release the consumption potential of rural residents by boosting domestic demand through fiscal support for agriculture,and revitalize the external economy in rural areas to promote rural residents’ consumption in Guizhou Province.This article mainly contains six main chapters.Chapter I Introduction.It mainly explains the research background and significance of the influence of financial agriculture on the consumption of rural residents in Guizhou Province.Chapter II defines definition and theoretical basis,defines the relevant concepts involved in the study and expounds the relevant theories based on the study.Chapter III Mechanism Analysis of the Impact of Financial Agricultural Support on Rural Residents.First,the financial policy tools that affect consumption are analyzed,second,the function mechanism of fiscal policy in affecting consumption is expounded,and finally,the influence mechanism of financial support for rural agriculture on rural residents’ consumption is discussed.Chapter IV Analysis of the Impact of Financial Agriculture on Rural Residents of Guizhou Province.By expounds the present situation of financial support in Guizhou,the present situation of rural residents consumption in Guizhou,and build the PVAR panel vector autoregression model,and used in ranger causal test,pulse response,variance decomposition measurement analysis method,between 2001-2020 fiscal support the Guizhou rural residents consumption relationship empirical analysis,and obtained the financial support for Guizhou rural residents consumption has more obvious "squeeze effect".Chapter V Policy Suggestions on Finance Supporting Agriculture to Promote the Consumption of Rural Residents in Guizhou Province.Based on the theory and empirical analysis,will be how to enhance the Guizhou fiscal support spending on rural residents consumption pull related policies and measures,including promoting the steady growth of fiscal support spending,improve the efficiency of agricultural funds,establish perfect consumption facilities,optimize the rural consumption environment,improve the rural social security system,etc.The sixth chapter is the research and outlook.Summarize the influence of financial support for agriculture on the consumption of rural residents in Guizhou Province.And the report makes the response and outlook of the problems faced in the research process.
