Research On QdII Fund Performance Evaluation

With the rapid development of the domestic economy,people attach more importance to financial management.With the in-depth understanding of financial management knowledge,the demand for various financial products is gradually deepening.China is a country that controls foreign exchange,so domestic investors will be subject to various restrictions when they want to invest in overseas capital markets.With the reform of the country in the opening up of capital inflows,the People’s Bank of China Announcement [2006] No.5 issued by the People’s Bank of China in 2006 allowed the three major institutions of bank securities insurance to invest in overseas fixed income products on behalf of customers for the first time.The Trial Measures(Order No.46 of the China Securities Regulatory Commission)issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission in 2007 standardized the management of QDII’s overseas securities investment,In the same year,Huaxia Fund,Harvest Fund,China Southern Fund and China Investment Morgan Fund respectively set up a QDII fund to conduct overseas investment.With the development of QDII and the opening of QDII quota,the types of QDII funds have become more diverse and their investment regions have become more diversified.Therefore,when investors have overseas investment needs,they should judge the QDII products that are suitable for their risk preferences and the expected investment regions according to their personal conditions,so as to obtain QDII fund products that meet personal requirements.This paper selects the QDII funds that have been in existence for the longest time and more than seven years from the current fund management companies,obtains 28 QDII fund products,and then analyzes the QDII funds using all the performance evaluation indicators and models commonly used in the current analysis of fund performance to explore whether the performance of these QDII funds can perform well under the current complex international economic situation,And these outstanding performances are specifically based on good stock selection,timing,or the overall good economic environment,Provide trading strategy reference for individual investors.
