Research On Septwolves Financial Performance Evaluation And Promotion Countermeasures Based On Factor Analysis

As one of the traditional pillar industries,the textile and apparel industry is facing double pressure in recent years.The industrial scale and market scale are declining continuously.The retail sales and export volume of Chinese clothing commodities are restricted to a certain extent,and the revenue is decreasing year by year.Due to the obvious seasonal characteristics of the business activities of this industry,the problem of inventory overhang has been a persistent disease to be overcome.The influence of various unfavorable factors has brought great uncertainty to our textile apparel industry financial performance.Therefore,to evaluate its financial performance effectively,has important practical significance: On the one hand,can analyze our textile apparel enterprise financial performance level;On the other hand,problems existing in the operation process of garment enterprises can be analyzed to help them get out of the current predicament.As the leading enterprise of our textile and apparel industry,Fujian Septwolves Industrial Co.,LTD has been deeply influenced by multiple factors in recent years,facing the predicament of weak development.Based on this,this paper introduces factor analysis to comprehensively analyze Septwolves’ financial performance level.Firstly,the concept and theoretical basis of financial performance evaluation are reviewed,and the corresponding advantages and disadvantages of financial performance evaluation methods are introduced.Secondly,the development status of the textile and apparel industry is deeply studied,and the problems existing in the financial performance evaluation of enterprises are obtained by analyzing the status quo of Septwolves financial performance evaluation.Thirdly,it demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of introducing factor analysis method to evaluate Septwolves’ financial performance,and selects 12 financial indicators from four dimensions of debt paying,profit,operation and development to build a financial performance evaluation system,and conducts a horizontal analysis of the financial performance of32 sample enterprises including Septwolves in 2021 by SPSS software.It is found that Septwolves’ comprehensive financial performance score ranks the 21 st.The results show that Septwolves’ financial performance is mainly affected by profitability factors and operating capacity factors,indicating that the enterprise’s profit level is low and the utilization efficiency of assets is not high.Through longitudinal analysis of Septwolves’ financial indicators from 2015 to 2021,it was found that Septwolves’ comprehensive financial performance score fluctuated significantly within the year range,with the highest score in 2018 and the worst performance in 2020.Compared with 2020,the comprehensive score in 2021 was improved,but it had not recovered to the level before the epidemic.From the overall level of seven years,Septwolves’ overall score showed a downward trend.Finally,the evaluation results of Septwolves were analyzed from the perspective of profitability and operating capacity.According to the evaluation results and combined with the actual financial situation of Septwolves,this paper proposed the corresponding improvement countermeasures:reasonable control of period expenses,strengthen supervision of accounts receivable,improve enterprise inventory management,optimize enterprise debt structure.The financial performance evaluation of Septwolves through factor analysis can not only help Septwolves achieve further development,but also provide reference for peer enterprises to improve their financial performance.
