| As a branch of NA Bank in Zhuhai,DM Branch of NA Bank is also vigorously developing retail credit business.In order to promote the sales of retail credit products,effective marketing strategies need to be adopted.A systematic and complete marketing strategy can not only improve the sales of retail credit business of NA Bank DM Branch,but also promote its retail credit business competitiveness and market share.However,the analysis of the current marketing situation of the retail credit business of NA Bank DM Sub-branch found that there are still some deficiencies in terms of product,prices,channels,promotions,personnel,service process and tangible display.Therefore,this study will analyze these problems and provide them with optimized marketing strategies and safeguards.This study will adopt literature research,case analysis,and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the current situation of retail credit business marketing in NA Bank’s DM branch.It is found that there are problems in its marketing,including a single product type and lack of innovation,a lack of elasticity and scientificity in pricing strategies,narrow marketing channels,traditional and simple promotion strategies that are not reasonable enough,personnel strategies that lack effectiveness,and low service efficiency The lack of scientific and tangible display hinders the sustainable development of the company in the Zhuhai region.Based on the analysis of the internal and external marketing environment,this research puts forward suggestions for the optimization of marketing strategies,including the optimization of market segmentation,market selection and market positioning,as well as the optimization of seven aspects of products,prices,channels,promotions,personnel,service processes and tangible display,including enriching and innovating product strategies,enhancing the flexibility and scientificity of pricing strategies,strengthening the expansion of marketing channels,innovating and enriching promotion strategies Strengthen the construction of personnel quality to improve their service level,improve the efficiency of service and business approval,and provide distinctive and tangible displays.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the branch,propose marketing strategy optimization measures from several aspects such as organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee,technical guarantee,and corporate culture guarantee.I hope to provide targeted guidance for the development of retail credit business for NA Bank’s DM branch. |
