Study On The Optimization Of The Chinese And Tibetan Medicine Industry Chain Of BC Company

In the process of China’s economic development,Chinese and Tibetan medicinal materials have played an important role,and are also a unique medical and economic resource in China.They have long been an important guarantee for the healthy life of our people.Gannan Prefecture is a key production area of traditional Chinese medicinal materials in Gansu Province,with unique geographical conditions.The development of rural characteristic industries has laid a solid foundation for promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicinal materials industry in Gannan,Gansu Province.The Chinese herbal medicine industry chain consists of upstream planting industry,midstream processing industry,and downstream storage,logistics,sales,and brand building.BC Company is a private high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the standardized cultivation,acquisition,preliminary processing,warehousing and logistics of plateau Chinese medicinal materials.However,due to many factors,the development level of the company is still low.During the research process,this paper mainly focuses on the optimization of the industrial chain,and then puts forward effective suggestions for the company’s subsequent development.Firstly,I collected and sorted out a large number of domestic and foreign literature related to the research of this paper,and learned about relevant concepts such as industrial chain,traditional Chinese medicine industrial chain,and industrial chain optimization.Secondly,a descriptive analysis of the current situation of the Chinese and Tibetan medicinal materials industry chain of BC Company was conducted from three aspects: planting,processing,and marketing of the Chinese and Tibetan medicinal materials industry chain;Based on the results of field interviews,the problems encountered in the Chinese herbal medicine industry chain of BC Company were summarized,mainly including the low level of medicinal material processing technology,unreasonable product structure,imperfect benefit linkage mechanism,and poor market promotion effect;Analyze the causes of the problems,such as using artificial planting,small planting scale,lack of management mechanism,incomplete policy system,lack of high-tech talents,weak innovation ability in the industrial chain,insufficient promotion of Chinese and Tibetan medicines,low visibility,and strong market impact,and weak ability to deal with risks.Thirdly,the path for optimizing the Chinese herbal medicine industry chain of BC Company was explored from both the vertical extension of the industry chain and the horizontal expansion of the product chain.In the process of analyzing the vertical extension of the industry chain,the emphasis was placed on the planting and sales links,and in the horizontal expansion analysis,the main focus was on the processing link.Fourth,it analyzes the institutional mechanisms for optimizing the Chinese herbal medicine industry chain of BC Company,including improving the interest protection mechanism,establishing a risk fund system,improving the current credit risk management system,and improving the agricultural insurance system.Finally,it proposes safeguards for the optimization of the Chinese herbal medicine industry chain of BC Company.
