Currently,in order to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,manufacturing enterprises have introduced a large number of skilled new employees,putting forward new requirements for skilled talents,and paying increasing attention to the training of skilled new employees.How to provide scientific and effective training for skilled new employees is an important issue faced by human resource management in the manufacturing industry.H Manufacturing Company is a high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in research and development and production of motorcycles.Currently,the company is in a period of rapid development.How to improve the training system for skilled new employees and quickly assist them in their job positions has become an urgent problem that H Manufacturing Company needs to solve.On the basis of in-depth research on the ADDIE model,ARCS model,and mentorship guidance,the paper first analyzes the current status of the training system for skilled new employees in H Manufacturing Company.Secondly,sufficient first-hand information was collected through interview and questionnaire surveys to analyze the shortcomings and reasons of the training system for skilled new employees in H Manufacturing Company.There are deficiencies such as lack of targeted pre job needs analysis,incomplete teacher to apprentice training courses,incomplete skilled teacher system,formalized teacher to apprentice process and formalized training effect evaluation,mainly due to differences in training demand levels The design of teacher apprentice courses does not match the needs,the incentive and constraint mechanisms for skilled new employees are not perfect,and the entire process management mechanism and training effectiveness evaluation mechanism of the teacher apprentice system are not sound.Finally,optimization suggestions and guarantee measures are proposed from the aspects of building a training needs analysis module,a teacher apprentice training course system,a skilled new employee teacher training system,a teacher apprentice implementation process system,and a training effectiveness evaluation system.
