Since its establishment,the tobacco industry has always been based on the national tobacco monopoly system.The industry governance has implemented a national tobacco monopoly management system with unified leadership,vertical management and monopoly.With the continuous development of the market economy,the complex and volatile economic environment in foreign countries,the increasingly severe domestic tobacco ban and control,the restriction of advertising regulations on tobacco advertising,and the misunderstanding and misleading of online public opinion on the tobacco industry.In the face of various pressures and challenges,it is particularly important for the industry to enhance channel control and consolidate customer relationship loyalty.Cigarette retail terminals are the last step for cigarette products to reach consumers in the process of channel construction in the tobacco industry.As a "core hub" between the tobacco industry and consumers,it is an important link in the entire cigarette supply,production,and marketing chain.Cigarette retail terminals and the tobacco industry are comprehensive strategic partnerships,possessing the most valuable resources and platforms in the tobacco industry.They are also the main platform for the cultivation of new products,high-quality consumer services,and information acquisition and utilization in the tobacco industry,and are the main force for the long-term development of the tobacco industry in the future.As the saying goes,whoever wins the terminal wins the world.To achieve significant development in the tobacco industry,long-term cooperation with cigarette retail terminals must be reached.Therefore,the construction of cigarette retail terminals should continuously strengthen the role of terminal functions,strengthen the guidance of retail merchants to use information software,strive to promote deep collaboration between industry and commerce,improve the core competitiveness of the industry,and establish a solid management foundation for the monopoly system.This dissertation analyzes the current situation of cigarette retail terminals under the current domestic economic situation,uses the method of questionnaire to dig deep into the prominent problems and bottlenecks existing in the cigarette retail terminals of NY Tobacco Company,and uses the corresponding theoretical methods to propose the optimal design suitable for the construction of the cigarette retail terminals of NY Tobacco Company.First of all,with the help of marketing mix theory and retail terminal theory,we can understand the macro environment of the cigarette retail terminal construction of NY Tobacco Company,which is convenient for the next step to analyze in combination with the actual situation;Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the cigarette retail terminal construction of NY Tobacco Company,analyzes the problems and reasons in the terminal construction through the questionnaire,and provides a practical basis for the next optimization design;Finally,in view of the existing problems,we carried out a comprehensive optimization design of the circulation brand for the cigarette retail terminal construction of NY Tobacco Company,and put forward safeguard measures to ensure that the design is truly effective.
