A Study On The Motivation,Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Migrant Workers’ Return To Home And Entrepreneurship Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In recent years,the level of urbanization,industrialization,and agricultural modernization in China has been continuously improving,but the issues of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers remain the key issues that constrain the comprehensive development of China’s economy and society.Among them,how to promote the increase of farmers’ income is the top priority.With the rapid development of China’s economy,hundreds of millions of farmers have left their hometowns and flocked to cities to engage in industrial and commercial activities.This is manifested by the transfer from rural areas to cities,from general cities to provincial capitals or coastal economically developed cities,and has formed a trend of "migrant workers" for a long time.This has made a huge contribution to the rapid growth of urban economy,but also led to the increasingly common phenomenon of rural hollowing out.In the 2022 Notice of the State Council on Issuing the "14th Five Year Plan" to Promote Agricultural and Rural Modernization,it was mentioned that it is necessary to support migrant workers,graduates of universities and vocational schools,retired military personnel,scientific and technological personnel,and business owners to return to their hometowns and start businesses,and encourage skilled craftsmen,"Tian Xiucai","local experts" and other rural talents to start businesses in the countryside.In the context of the national implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the key task of rural revitalization is to achieve the prosperity of the rural economy,and the development of rural industries is one of the effective ways to promote the modernization of rural agriculture.To achieve this,talent support is indispensable,and the prosperity of industries also requires the continuous injection of talent.Therefore,clarifying the linkage and synergy mechanism between migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and rural revitalization is of great significance for changing and improving the industrial structure and service model of rural areas in China,continuously promoting urban-rural integration development,and comprehensively building a modern moderately prosperous society.This article aims to explore the driving forces and difficulties faced by migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship in the context of rural revitalization strategy,and propose corresponding solutions to relevant problems,in order to better promote individual migrant workers’ return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,and provide scientific basis for the government to formulate relevant return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship policies in the future.This article obtains the specific situation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship in Anqing City through interviews,research,on-site visits,and other methods.It organizes and analyzes the current situation,summarizes the driving mechanism of migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,and understands the difficulties and causes faced by migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.Finally,in response to the practical difficulties in the survey area,corresponding support measures for returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship are proposed,In order to effectively improve the success rate of migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,and in the future,attract more migrant workers who work outside to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,and provide more talent support for rural revitalization.
