Research On The Influence Of Industry-University-Research Cooperation Openness On Enterprise Innovation Performance From The Perspective Of Open Innovation

With the rapid development of information technology,information transmission and interaction between organizations all the time,in this context,the traditional "closed-door construction" of enterprises is difficult to meet the needs of innovation and development in the new era,and open innovation puts forward new ideas for the development of enterprises.The concept emphasizes paying attention to the potential value of external resources,establishing corresponding external cooperative relations,and realizing the internal utilization of external resources in mutual exchanges and cooperation to make up for the lack of their own resources and capabilities,so as to effectively promote enterprise innovation.Open innovation brings new opportunities and challenges for enterprises to innovate: how open cooperation between organizations and external parties should be to achieve effective use of external knowledge;How to effectively integrate and apply external knowledge in the process of open innovation;At the same time,open innovation is bound to lead to the aggravation of conflicts over the intellectual property rights and interests of relevant parties,how to effectively solve them.This paper focuses on industry-university-research cooperation in open innovation,puts forward the concept of openness of industry-university-research cooperation,studies the impact of different dimensions of openness on enterprise innovation,and examines the mediating role of enterprise knowledge integration level in open innovation.At the same time,in view of the fact that open innovation is a strategic choice for enterprises,this paper examines whether the emphasis on intellectual property rights of enterprise strategy makers can improve the impact of external cooperation on enterprise innovation,and focuses on the moderating role of entrepreneurs’ intellectual property awareness in industry-university-research cooperation and enterprise innovation performance.This paper conducts empirical analysis through questionnaire survey and obtains the following conclusions:(1)The breadth of industry-university-research cooperation and the depth of industryuniversity-research cooperation can improve the innovation performance of enterprises;(2)Knowledge integration plays a part-mediating role in the relationship between the breadth of industry-university-research cooperation,the depth of industry-university-research cooperation and the innovation performance of enterprises;(3)There is a positive moderating effect of entrepreneurs’ intellectual property awareness in the relationship between the depth of industry-universityresearch cooperation and the innovation performance of enterprises.This paper enriches the research on industry-university-research cooperation and enterprise innovation and development,refines the research content of entrepreneurial innovation spirit,and discusses the impact of knowledge integration and entrepreneurs’ intellectual property awareness on the relationship between industryuniversity-research cooperation and enterprise innovation performance.Combined with the research conclusions of this paper,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the high-quality innovation and development of enterprises:(1)actively carry out industry-university-research cooperation to improve the search and utilization ability of enterprises to external resources;(2)Improve the knowledge management level of enterprises,upgrade the knowledge system of enterprises,and promote the improvement of enterprise management efficiency;(3)Pay attention to the cultivation of entrepreneurs’ intellectual property awareness and optimize the management of enterprise intellectual property.
