Study On The Promotion Strategy Of White Tea Industry In Chixi Village Of Fujian Province

As the characteristic industry of Chixi village,white tea industry has made irreplaceable contribution to the economic and social development of Chixi village.Chixi village established tea farm in the mid-1970 s,and started to grow white tea in the semi mountain.However,due to the remote geographical location and backward infrastructure,tea export in Chixi village was very difficult and the profit was very low,which restricted the development of the village white tea industry.With the innovation of poverty alleviation,the infrastructure of Chixi village has been improved,and the white tea industry has gradually developed.In 2010,under the guidance and promotion of governments at all levels,white tea industry gradually became the main characteristic industry of Chixi village,and reached a new stage of vigorous development.In recent years,Chixi village has paid great attention to the development of white tea industry.With the support of government policy,it has made great efforts to seize the huge market potential brought by the public brand of Fuding white tea,introduce excellent tea enterprises to jointly build white tea brand and develop white tea industry,continuously inject new vitality into the development of the village white tea industry,which greatly promotes the rapid development of the village white tea industry,The development of white tea industry in Chixi village has also made certain achievements,which has become a pillar industry to promote farmers’ income.The natural resources endowment of Chixi village has superior location and strong cultural background,which provides a good foundation for the development of white tea industry.However,in the process of its development,it also faces some problems and challenges.How to make full use of local resources and advantages,actively deal with and solve the problems in development,and ensure the sustainable development of white tea industry in Chixi village is the key content of the development of white tea industry in Chixi village.This paper takes the white tea industry of Chixi village in Fujian Province as the research object,through field investigation and data collection,under the guidance of agricultural industrialization theory,industrial integration theory and comparative advantage theory,makes a deep research on the development status of the white tea industry of Chixi village,and deeply analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of the white tea industry.In this way,the further development path of white tea industry in Chixi village was put forward.According to the survey,although the white tea industry in Chixi village has achieved good results in recent years,with a certain industrial foundation and good development prospects,there are still some problems,such as increasing production cost,lagging development of local brands,insufficient exploitation of cultural resources,risks in product quality,insufficient deep processing of tea,and low degree of tea tourism integration.At the same time,it is also faced with the difficulty of market supervision,the competition of foreign white tea producing areas,the impact of diversified consumer demand and other threats.These are the problems that need to be solved for the further development of white tea industry in Chixi village.On this basis,according to the analysis of the development situation and the grasp of the development trend of the white tea industry in Chixi village,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions in order to benefit the further development of white tea industry in Chixi village,including relying on policy support to promote the steady development of white tea industry;paying attention to the deep processing of white tea and promoting the development of tea industry by science and technology and talents;deepening the integration of tea tourism and extend the chain of white tea industry;integrating cultural resources to strengthen the local brand of white tea;carrying out the quality management requirements to promote the safe and healthy development of white tea.
