Research On The Risk Model Of Private Equity Investment

China’s financial market is gradually opening up and prospering.Various financial instruments play an important role in the development of the financial market.Private equity investment is a way to achieve centralized investment in enterprises by raising private funds.Private equity investment plays a supporting role in promoting the market economy and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,and solves the problem of "difficult financing and slow development" in the development process of small and medium-sized enterprises.However,private equity investment activities have serious problems such as low management maturity,lack of industry standardization and strong income uncertainty.Therefore,the risk identification,assessment and control of private equity investment have become an important topic in the field of private equity investment.From the perspective of the connotation and characteristics of private equity investment,this paper combs the academic research literature on private equity investment management and private equity investment risk management,and establishes a risk evaluation system from three levels of enterprise development,macro environment and investment activities.Then,taking the investment activities of project B as an example,this paper demonstrates and applies the private equity risk assessment system,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to complete the quantitative assessment of the elements of the private equity investment evaluation model of the whole project B through the weighting and integration of a single index.Finally,according to the evaluation results,it provides suggestions on risk analysis and risk management for investment institutions,and puts forward safeguard measures from the aspects of SMEs themselves,private equity investors and the government.Through the demonstration of the risk assessment model of private equity investment,this paper enriches the research results of private equity investment risk management from a theoretical perspective,and forms the risk assessment model and method of private equity investment;At the same time,this paper puts forward corresponding control strategies for the general risk of private equity investment,providing research reference for the private equity investment industry.
