| In March2007,China Postal Savings Bank Co.,Ltd.was officially established in Beijing.Different from other large state-owned banks,the postal savings bank has rapidly developed into a large comprehensive bank with 36000 outlets nationwide by using the "self support + agency" business model.As the current economic situation slows down,China’s banking industry,as a service industry,increasingly recognizes that the current market competition is the competition for customers,and must gradually change to "customer focus" in order to gain a place in the fierce market competition in the future.Based on the relevant theories of customer relationship,this paper studies the customer management ability of X post,deeply analyzes and discusses the current situation of the development of agency finance of X post,and puts forward relevant rectification strategies.In the process of analysis,a customer relationship management questionnaire is compiled,which is in line with the characteristics of X post agency finance.Through the analysis of the above contents,it is found that there are some problems in the development of agency finance of X post:(1)the concept of customer relationship management of agency finance;(2)Problems in CRM system construction;(3)Customer relationship management ability of agency finance needs to be improved;(4)The ability of acting financial customer manager needs to be improved;(5)The evaluation index system of agency financial customers needs to be further improved.Based on this,the author puts forward five optimization strategies:(1)change the concept of employee agency financial customer service;(2)Perfect and optimize the construction of customer information management system;(3)Improve the ability of managing agency financial customer relationships;(4)Optimize business processes and personnel training of organizations;(5)Build an evaluation index system for the contribution of agency financial customers. |
