Xi Jinping’s Important Discussion On Scientific And Technological Innovation And Its Practical Research In Guangxi

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping attached great importance to the development of science and technology,and made a series of important statements around scientific and technological innovation.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on scientific and technological innovation,Guangxi has always been on a path of continuous development,breakthrough,and transcendence.The thesis uses literature research and comparative analysis methods to explore the path for Guangxi to promote scientific and technological innovation practice in the new journey.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first chapter describes the research background and significance of the article and proposes the research content,research methods,and innovations of the thesis.The second chapter analyzes the era background and theoretical origin of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on scientific and technological innovation.The thrid chapter summarizes the main contents of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on scientific and technological innovation from six aspects: strategic tasks,inevitable requirements,the only way,key factors,important guarantees,and value goals of scientific and technological innovation,and positions its value of the times.It is believed that it is the latest theoretical achievement of the sinicization of Marxist scientific and technological outlook and provides a strong spiritual force for China to achieve self-reliance and self-improvement in high-level science and technology and build a world scientific and technological power.The fourth chapter is a practical analysis of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on scientific and technological innovation in Guangxi.This chapter summarizes and analyzes the achievements,problems,and reasons of Guangxi’s scientific and technological innovation practice since the18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China through a longitudinal historical review of government documents and data indicators related to Guangxi’s scientific and technological innovation.The achievements made in Guangxi’s scientific and technological innovation practice since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China are the further improvement of the scientific and technological innovation policy system,the further stimulation of enterprise R&D and innovation vitality,the further expansion of the scientific and technological talent team,and the further expansion of the level of scientific and technological openness and cooperation.The existing problems are the insufficient capacity of science and technology to lead the development of the industry,the insufficient dominant position of enterprise innovation,the scarcity of high-end innovation platforms and talents,and the weak ecological competitiveness of open innovation.The reasons for the problem are that the motivation for enterprise innovation is not strong enough,the role of the government is not well played,the quality of talent innovation is not high enough,and the construction of the market system is not sound.The fifth chapter discusses the practical path of promoting Guangxi’s scientific and technological innovation work on the new journey.Guided by Xi Jinping’s important exposition on scientific and technological innovation,this chapter focuses on the existing problems in Guangxi,highlights problem orientation,and strengthens precise policy implementation.From six aspects of adhering to and strengthening the Party’s overall leadership over scientific and technological innovation,creating a policy environment suitable for the development of scientific and technological innovation,gathering all kinds of innovation elements to strengthen the dominant position of enterprises in innovation,accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,promoting the integration of the innovation chain and industrial chain,promoting the reform of scientific and technological system and mechanism to release innovation vitality,and building a regional innovation highland to improve the level of scientific and technological opening up,this paper puts forward suggestions to promote the development of scientific and technological innovation in Guangxi.
