Research On Internal Control Of City Commercial Bank

City commercial bank is an important part of many banks in China.It is undeniabl e that there are many problems in the development of urban commercial banks,and m any of the reasons for these problems are related to the imperfect construction of inte rnal control system.Firstly,based on literature research methods,this paper actively expl ores the domestic and foreign research status of the internal control system of urban com mercial banks,and expounds the internal control theory.Secondly,by inductive analysis and comparative analysis,this paper discusses the problems existing in the process of the construction of the internal control system of Guangdong Nanyao Bank,analyzes the ca uses that may cause these problems,and then puts forward targeted solutions.Through t he study of this paper,it is helpful for Guangdong Nanyue Bank to do a better job in t he construction of internal control system,but also for similar commercial banks to p rovide beneficial reference for the construction of internal control system.This paper mai nly consists of the following five parts:The first part mainly describes the research background and significance of this pa per,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research progress of the construction of th e internal control system of urban commercial banks.The second part is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis.The con cept of internal control and the framework of internal control system and internal contr ol theory are described to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the next step of this paper.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of internal control of Guang dong Nanyue Bank,mainly from the internal environment,risk assessment,control activiti es,information and communication,internal supervision and other five aspects of the a nalysis,in order to accurately analyze the current situation of internal control of Guang dong Nanyue Bank.The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the bank’s internal control and causes.The fifth part is the suggestions for improving the internal control construction of Gua ngdong Nan Yue Bank,mainly from the aspects of organizational structure,management optimization,execution,monitoring and other aspects of the specific feasible solutions.
