Research On The Production Cost Reduction Strategy Of G Enterprise

In recent years,for Chinese manufacturing field,the external competitive pressure is being increased.With the rise of labor costs,manufacturing enterprises can no longer take low cost as their competitive advantage,but should use cost control and lean production as tools to reduce costs to enhance their power.Taking MIM injection of G enterprise as a case,this paper will study and explore production cost control by using scientific methods such as literature research,enterprise field research and qualitative and quantitative analysis,combined with cost control theory and lean production theory.Using the production cost control theory,this paper analyzes the composition of MIM injection production cost and the main factors affecting the cost in G company,and discusses how to reduce the production cost of MIM injection through lean production.This paper first analyzes lean production and the tools used to reduce costs.Then it discusses the production cost control theory and introduces the production cost composition of the enterprise,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent MIM injection cost reduction methods.In this paper,the development status and cost control status of the research object are summarized comprehensively.Through the quantitative analysis of MIM injection cost,the existing problems of cost control are obtained.From the lean production theory and the actual situation of the enterprise,the improvement methods and implementation plans for the main problems are put forward,aiming to reduce the production cost of MIM injection and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.By the research on the cost control,we can help enterprises decrease production costs and hold their competitive advantages.The research methods in this paper can be used as reference for other MIM injection enterprises or other similar enterprises to control production costs.
