Research On The Guarantee Mechanism Of Rural Old-age Service System From The Perspective Of Urban-Rural Integration Development

With the increasing prominence of the aging of China’s population,the construction of the social old-age service system has become a hot topic of concern to the government and all sectors of society.It is an important part of the integration of urban and rural development to eliminate barriers to urban and rural old-age care,share high-quality resources for urban and rural old-age care,and realize the equalization of urban and rural old-age care services.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to build a guarantee mechanism to promote the healthy development of the rural old-age service system from the perspective of urban-rural integration development.On the basis of fully drawing on the relevant research results of the academic community,based on the reality of the guarantee mechanism of China’s rural old-age service system,this paper clarifies the era value of the construction of the rural old-age service system guarantee mechanism,and the paper focuses on the research and analysis of the current situation of the guarantee mechanism of the rural old-age service system in Hebei Province,aiming to explore the problems and influencing factors of the current rural old-age service system guarantee mechanism.The study believes that the construction of the guarantee mechanism of the rural old-age service system is a systematic and complex project,and the construction of the guarantee mechanism should follow the principle of priority development,the principle of scientific system,the principle of people-oriented and the principle of demand-oriented.Finally,from the aspects of legal protection,policy guarantee,organizational guarantee,supply guarantee and supervision guarantee,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the guarantee mechanism of the rural old-age service system,in order to provide new ideas for improving the guarantee mechanism of the rural old-age service system,and help the integration of urban and rural development and the research of the theory of the rural old-age service system.
